Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, November 9, 2018 – The U.S. Mission in Vietnam is seeking Vietnamese candidates for the 2019 Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (UGRAD). First, second, or third-year undergraduate students who demonstrate leadership through academic excellence, community involvement, and extracurricular activities, and who have a good command of English, are invited to apply for the program.
