Please note that the U.S. Citizen Services unit does not have information regarding visas. Inquiries regarding immigrant and nonimmigrant visas should be directed to the Visa Section.
Appointments
Please make an appointment for all routine notary and passport services. Those people picking up passports, Federal Benefits checks/correspondence, or submitting information in relation to a Consular Report of Birth Abroad do not need to make an appointment.
