U.S. Embassy Hanoi and Consulate General Ho Chi Minh City advise U.S. citizens that the Da Nang government is collecting contact information of individuals who wish to leave Da Nang for other cities in Vietnam. Interested U.S. citizens may register their information here or by calling the Hotline (236) 1022 and awaiting further instructions from the local authorities. The deadline for registration is 5 p.m. on August 27. The registration form is in Vietnamese only so you may need to ask for assistance from your landlord or accommodation provider.
