The Contractor shall provide Health Insurance Services for the Locally Employed Staff (LES) for the U.S. Mission in Vietnam to include Embassy Hanoi and the U.S. Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
The Government intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference at the site, The pre-proposal conference will be held on February 15, 2023 at 10h00AM (local time) at the US Embassy Hanoi Annex, 170 Ngoc Khanh, Ba Dinh, Hanoi, Vietnam. Prospective offerors should contact Bui Huyen Trang at BuiTH@state.gov by February 13, 2023 at 12h00PM local time for additional information or to arrange entry to the building.
All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.

Peace Corps Vietnam Public Notice – One (1) long-term housing options (apartments or villas)
Peace Corps seeks to lease one (1) housing options (apartments or villas) that meet the following minimum criteria listed below.
1. Location: Ideally this should be in the Tay Ho area or close to the Tay Ho area (10-15 minutes by car/moto)
2. Size, space layout, and estimated dates of occupancy:
a. One (1) unit –at least 2 BR with space for entertaining (larger than typical living and/or dining areas). All units should include a minimum of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and service/laundry area.
3. Building suitability: Proposed units may be apartments or villas. The premises should be in good condition and the landlord should be open to required security/safety enhancements.
Those properties that meet the minimum requirements, will be further evaluated by the following criteria: general security of the property/neighborhood, overall quality/condition of the property, ease of maintenance/upkeep of the property, space layout of the rooms, location of the property, required security upgrades, and lease terms.
The landlord will also need to be open to signing the required lease template.

Responses are due by 31-January-2023 and should include the following: 1) Description of available properties; 2) Dates each property is available, and 3) Proposed rental rate for each property.
