THIS IS A SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION (DB) SERVICES, VIETNAM. OFFEROR PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL 15 MAY 2020. This solicitation is for Design and Construction companies only. Any resulting contract will be firm-fixed priced.

The US Embassy in Hanoi, Vietnam hereby invites interested and legally eligible architecture design and construction companies who can provide design build construction services (DB) in Vietnam to propose for DB services on forth coming and future construction projects. The U.S Army Corps of Engineers anticipates awarding design build contracts for construction of humanitarian assistance and institutional projects such as District Hospitals, rural Clinics, Primary and Secondary Schools in Vietnam.

Companies are responsible for all costs and fees associated with preparation of proposals.

The awarded contract is contingent on availability of funds. If the project is cancelled, all proposal preparation costs will be borne by the proposing companies.
