Documentary Screening and Panel Discussion: The Vietnam War

Join us for the screening and discussion of the 1.5 hour summary reel of the 18-hour documentary The Vietnam War. This documentary features testimony from nearly 80 witnesses, including many Americans who fought in the war and others who opposed it, as well as Vietnamese combatants and civilians from both the winning and losing sides. The documentary’s director and producer Lynn Novick will join the panel discussion. The summary reel includes Vietnamese/English subtitles. Please note that cameras are not allowed to film during the screening. Kindly bring a photo ID for entrance and arrive early for security check. Children under the age of 15 are not allowed in the American Center. The American Center reserves the rights to close entrance to the program as soon as we reach the room’s capacity.
