First launched in 2008, the Vietnam English Teaching Assistant (ETA) Program seeks to foster English learning in Vietnam while providing for cultural exchange between Americans and Vietnamese students in the interest of promoting mutual understanding and cooperation. Fulbright ETAs are U.S. college graduates eager to teach English overseas and serve as cultural ambassadors of the United States.
