HANOI, May 24, 2019 – U.S. Mission Vietnam is pleased to announce the 2020 competition for the Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistantship (FLTA) Program.
The Fulbright FLTA Program is a nine-month, fully-funded, non-degree program for early career English teachers or professionals in related fields (e.g., American Studies,
American/English Literature, etc.). Participants have the opportunity to refine their teaching skills, increase their English language proficiency and extend their knowledge of the society and culture of the United States, while serving as teaching assistants in their native language and strengthening foreign language instruction at U.S. colleges and universities.
The Fulbright Program in Vietnam will coordinate to nominate up to four primary and two alternate candidates from Vietnam.
The application is accessible online. The deadline for application submission is August 10, 2019.
