The Chief of American Citizen Services from the U.S. Embassy in Hanoi will be traveling to Dong Hoi City in Quang Binh Province and Dong Ha City in Quang Tri provinces this week. During his trips, he will be available to meet with U.S. citizens living in the area and answer questions about consular services, voting, or other issues related to American citizens. During this time, he will not be providing passport, CRBA, or notary services—only answering questions. We hope you can join us at either of the events below.
