The 2015 Southeast Asia Youth Leadership Program (SEAYLP)

U.S. Embassy Hanoi’s Public Affairs Section (PAS) seeks candidates for the 2015 Southeast Asia Youth Leadership Program (SEAYLP). Students in grades 10 and 11 at Vietnamese high schools who demonstrate leadership, academic excellence, community involvement and extracurricular activities, and proficiency in English, are invited to apply for the program. Up to five scholarships are available for Vietnamese students. SEAYLP is an exchange program to promote leadership, civic responsibility, volunteerism, and respect for diversity. SEAYLP brings together high school students and adult mentors from the ten ASEAN member countries in a three-week, U.S.-based exchange funded by the Department of State.
