These include: increasing economic competitiveness, modernizing higher education, combating infectious diseases, tackling climate change, conserving biodiversity, improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities, remediating dioxin contamination at Bien Hoa Air Base, and improving Vietnam’s capability to identify human remains from the war.
