Ho Chi Minh City authorities have created a registration portal for foreigners, including U.S. citizens, to register for their first or second COVID-19 vaccination.  Local authorities request foreign residents, including U.S. citizens, that are not yet fully vaccinated register via this portal before September 15.  Click on this link to access the registration portal: Vaccination Foreigner Registered Application in HCMC (google.com). The portal can also be reached via the QR code here.

This registration portal is intended for use by foreigners living in Ho Chi Minh City and Thu Duc. Note that this information is not collected or managed by the U.S. Department of State.

The full hyperlink for the portal is here.

Please see the U.S. Mission in Vietnam’s COVID-19 Information Page for additional information regarding the COVID-19 situation in the country.

The U.S. Mission in Vietnam reminds all U.S. citizens that they are subject to local laws and regulations while visiting or living in Vietnam.  We advise U.S. citizens to comply with the Government of Vietnam’s testing and quarantine requirements.

U.S. citizens should refrain from gathering in large groups and monitor local news and government restrictions to avoid travel disruptions.  Government of Vietnam regulations regarding business operations, quarantine, movement, and travel restrictions in all parts of Vietnam can change with little notice.
